To describe JAN his sets I (Willem) would like to tell you something about the person behind the D.J.
It has been more than 10 years since I met Jan and our friendship began.
I got to know Jan as curious, playful, imaginative, positive, honest, warm and open, just a caring and sweet person.He also likes to be challenged and to challenge himself and others.
All of this (with the bumps and obstacles we’ve encountered along the way) has given me a fascinating friend and a very dear friendship.
In my opinion, Jan as a person can be heard through his sets, they are wild, exciting, dirty, raw, surprising and sexy, this gives them the depth and energy that Jan has shown to me as a person as well.
His sets are mainly characterized by house; in addition you can expect everything from Sun Ra, Eddy Grant to Talking Heads and from Disco, Boogie to Jazz.
